Can we give you a playlist?
Yes. Booked clients can use our MyEvent portal to add must-plays, would-like-to-hear songs, do-not-plays and music notes. You pick the songs and the feel; we choose the order, mix live and keep the energy right for the crowd.
Can students help choose songs for their prom?
Yes. For proms, the MyEvent Portal can allow students to submit song requests, helping the music feel connected to the year group while keeping the process organised and appropriate for the event. All requests are reviewed by the teacher or nominated booking contact before being added to the working song list, ensuring full control remains with the school. We take safeguarding and GDPR responsibilities seriously. Student email addresses are used solely to send the song request invitation, are never visible to us at The Event DJs, the school, teachers, reviewers or any other users of the portal, and are automatically removed from the server the instant the invitation has been sent out.
Do you provide other event features such as photo booths or venue styling?
We specialise in professional DJ entertainment, live mixing and creating the right atmosphere. For photo booths, decor or styling, we are happy to work alongside dedicated suppliers who specialise in those areas.
